Welcome to Kadillac Event Services. Currently I offer the following services to help you with your barrel racing event.

Computerized office: Includes taking entries, drawing for the run order, figuring payouts, and printing the draw lists and payouts for posting.
Announcing services: Announcing the draw, announcing the run order and times.

I use the Charlie Horse Ranch Timing System software. I bring my laptop and printer to the race with me. The benefits to you having me run your office are it frees you up to do the many other things a good race involves. I will set your payout tables and classes up ahead of time, so when I get to the race I'm ready to take entries and then run the draw. I can print the run order for posting, and also the payouts after the races are complete.

It's fast, efficient, and takes the manual work out of entries and payouts. I enjoy doing the races and have a good attitude and know how to KEEP THINGS MOVING! I average 50 runs per hour. Of course, how many tractors and speed of the tractor drivers can increase or decrease that amount but I keep things moving. I have been a barrel racer myself for a long time so the hands on experience is also there. You will not have to worry about what's going on in the office with me handling the race for you.
